Quality Requirements
Grinding and polishing: After grinding and polishing, the welding
surface shall not have porosity, slag inclusion, arc pit, crack,
arc abrasion, ignition and other defects, but grinding.
Wire drawing: the direction of the silk grain on the surface of the
product should be consistent after wire drawing, and the thickness
should be consistent. No drawing heat deformation, no obvious stratification, blackening and yellowing.
